Incepted in the year 2005, Shri Sharda Mahavidyalaya is a self-financing higher education institution. The college is located at Khurrampur village of Azamgarh district in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The college is an affiliating institution of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, and offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in distinguished streams, such as arts, science and education. Shri Sharda Mahavidyalaya has also been approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Government of India for B Ed degree programme. The college has well equipped infrastructure and offers all essential facilities to the students that help them in perceiving the knowledge and moving towards their goals.

Admission Procedure and Eligibility:
Undergraduate:BA / B Sc: Candidates who have passed 10+2 or any other equivalent examination from a recognized Board / College are eligible to apply for BA course. In addition, those seeking admission in B Sc programme must pass the same in Science stream. B Ed / B P Ed: Those who have pursued graduation in any stream from a recognized University / College are eligible to apply. Post Graduate: Candidates who have passed bachelor degree programme in any stream from a recognized University / College are eligible to apply.
