Rukmani Mahavidyalaya came into existence in 2007 as a professional college in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. The college was established to provide best of professional degrees in the field of physical Education, management and computer applications to the students of Moradabad and its nearby regions. The college stands as a hallmark for training in physical education in the region.
