Description:
Faculty of Commerce, under the flagship of Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI) was set up in July 2008. Previously working as a constituent unit of Women’s Training College, it is privileged to be the oldest faculty of DEI, the Deemed University. The Faculty of Commerce imparts various undergraduate and post graduate courses like B Com, B Com (Honours), M Com and M Com in International Business along with research programmes. The faculty is outfitted with well qualified and experienced teaching staff to meet the required challenges of the present and demands of the future. It facilitates rigorously designed study curriculum, based on changing global scenario which is again complimented with the qualitative placement and personality enhancement programmes to bring about the overall development of each student.

Admission Procedure and Eligibility:
Undergraduate:One should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent in any discipline with 50% marks from a recognized Board to be eligible to apply. Post Graduate: Graduates with Honours in Commerce or Business Management and minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA score of 6.0 from a recognized University are eligible. Doctorate: Candidates who have completed post graduate examination from respective departments of DEI and scored CGPA 9.0 or above (or 75% & above marks) shall be eligible for direct admission into PhD programme.
