Established in the year 2005, Basudev Memorial Girls Degree College is a self-financing women’s institute. The college was founded by Dr. Karuna Shankar Mishra and named after his late father Late Pt. Basudev Prasad Mishra to serve the higher educational needs of the poor girl child residing in and around Lucknow. Well equipped within a picturesque campus, the college provides all advanced educational infrastructure facilitated by qualified and experienced faculty members. Affiliated to the University of Lucknow, Basudev Memorial Girls Degree College offers undergraduate courses like BA and B Sc along with B Ed programmes, recognized by National Council for Teacher’s Education. Along with intensive study curriculum, the college facilitates various extra-curricular activities to stimulate both intellectual and personal growth of the students.

Admission Procedure and Eligibility:

Undergraduate:
BA / B Sc: Students who have completed 10+2 in any stream from a recognized Board are eligible to apply for BA programme. Those who have completed the same in science subjects can apply for the B Sc course. B Ed: However, graduates in any stream from a recognized University with minimum 45% marks can apply for B Ed programme offered here.
